We do not process returns unless the reason is valid.
Process
To initiate a return or exchange, email info@hikarinoyami.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
